SVT GmbH – First ISO 45001 certification by Lloyd’s Register in Germany

ISO 45001 was developed as a new central standard in the field of occupational safety and health. One of its special features is that it emphasizes the responsibility of the top hierarchical level and declares occupational safety and health protection to be a task for all managers. In addition, external companies are also included in the consideration in order to ensure safety in an all-encompassing manner.

SVT GmbH is the first company in Germany to be certified to ISO 45001 by Lloyd’s Register.

HP safety disconnect coupling (STK) for CNG loading

At this year’s GASTECH in Houston, the SVT team was able to present our newly developed High Pressure Safety Release Coupler for CNG products (HP QCDC), a main component of the SVT high pressure loading arm. The HPQCDC has successfully passed all tests according to OCIMF guidelines, conducted by Lloyd’s Register.

SVT developed the hydraulically controlled SVT High Pressure Loading Arm to meet the requirements of loading HP CNG in port and on floating regasification units (FSRU).

The flexible and contemporary design enables operation under extreme conditions. It not only enables safe loading and high reliability, but also optimizes maintenance requirements and total cost of ownership for terminal operators.
