With a maintenance contract, e.g. for annual maintenance, you are always on the safe side. However, it is also possible to arrange individual inspection or maintenance assignments. And if something really needs to be repaired, you can be sure that we will do everything possible to have an SVT supervisor at your site within a very short time.
SPARE PARTS
Fast delivery of spare parts and individual spare parts lists as a special service.
Thanks to our extensive stock of spare parts, we can deliver most of the spare and wear parts for SVT loading systems immediately from stock. This offer includes not only the current SVT plants, but also the loading arms of the former Wiese GmbH and Connex GmbH. Spare parts that we don´t have in stock will of course be produced immediately in the shortest possible time.
INDIVIDUALSPARE PARTS LISTS
As a special service we offer to create individual spare parts lists tailored to a loading arm - also retrospectively and for all loading arms ever built by SVT, Wiese GmbH or Connex GmbH. With these spare parts packages you can always have the reassuring feeling of being prepared for all eventualities.
WE TRAIN
OUR CUSTOMERS
After the commissioning of SVT loading arms, or on special later request of the customer, the personnel of the operating company is instructed in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting by the experienced SVT service personnel. This training can take the form of a practical training on the installed equipment and/or a training seminar. In a theoretical part the basic knowledge about SVT loading arms, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting will be imparted, before in a second practical part these contents will be demonstrated on the installed equipment.
A project is in planning to conduct such training courses for customer personnel in the future on the premises of SVT GmbH in Schwelm on a test marine loading arm. We will report about details to the development of these plans.
INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
SVT loading arms can be delivered fully assembled and electrically and hydraulically installed.
This saves a lot of time and costs when installing SVT ship loading systems.
For example, five 16″ LNG loading arms could be completely mechanically installed in only eight working days.
The commissioning is carried out worldwide by specially qualified SVT engineers and SVT technicians.
This saves considerable costs due to short commissioning times.
GENERAL OVERHAUL
The long service life of the Wiese GmbH, Connex and SVT loading equipment is considerably extended by a professional general overhaul by the SVT team. Such a general overhaul should ideally take place after 15 – 20 years of operation. However, the time for an economical general overhaul should always be defined in each individual case. SVT GmbH has access to the detailed technical documentation of almost all loading arms built by Wiese, Connex and SVT, so that even spare parts which are no longer standard in the SVT warehouse can be manufactured or procured.
A general overhaul can be done in the SVT GmbH factory in Schwelm or at the customer’s site if he can provide the necessary team, workshop and equipment including cranes. A loading arm overhauled at SVT in Schwelm leaves our premises in a virtually new condition.

Our on-call service
SVT GmbH offers a special service, the 24/7 on-call service.
By this we want to enable our customers to reach a competent contact person at SVT even after office hours in case of urgent technical problems with the loading equipment of the origin WIESE Schwerte, CONNEX Kamen or SVT Schwelm.
