SVT’s home town has excellent connections to regional and national transport: In the far west is the Wuppertal-Langerfeld/Schwelm junction, which provides access to the A1 freeway. To the north-west is the Wuppertal-Nord freeway junction, which provides access to the A1, A43 and A46.
